Challenge
Alliance Medical Ministry provides comprehensive, compassionate and affordable healthcare to working, uninsured adults in Wake County. While letters and numbers can help to show an impact, there is nothing as powerful as hearing directly from someone whose life was saved by the work Alliance is doing.
Process
After footage of Walter telling his Covid story was filmed, Alliance reviewed it and determined the parts and order they wanted to present the story in. They also provided statistics to help cover editing jumps in the video. Produced in Premiere, this testimonial compiled the statistics and the interview to tell the compelling story of a man’s life that was saved. In order to promote the video and drive giving, a direct mail campaign was sent to donors and friends of Alliance. This special trifold piece featured a short summary of the video as well as statistics speaking to the impact of Covid on the world and on Alliance’s services.
Result
In a time where donations to non-profits were few and far between, this campaign inspired high levels of donations and support allowing Alliance to make an even greater impact while the world worked on recovering from the pandemic.
